Union Square and Bush and Sutter Streets are prime shopping areas. Other shopping attractions are the trendy shops on Fillmore and Union Streets in historic Cow Hollow, and the area around Columbus Avenue and Polk Street, where you will find hidden treasures. The best museums, more shopping, and our favorite restaurants are shown on your free Sites and Bites™ map and guide. Hop on a trolley and explore.

Transportation—Best bet from the airport to the city: use one of the door-to-door shuttle buses or, if you're in a hurry, hail a taxi. The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) takes you to all terminals, garages, the Rental Car Center and downtown San Francisco. The SFO station is located on the Departures/Ticketing Level of the International Terminal Main Hall.
